In order to provide better customer service, Asus Philippines has five new service drop-off centers located in malls in Metro Manila. The drop-off centers will receive Asus notebooks and Eee PCs. These units will then be sent out to Asus Authorized Service Providers for diagnosis and repair.
With the aim of providing good after sales service in mind, Asus launched the Asus Royal Club two years ago. With the same goal in mind Asus established the Asus Authorized Service Providers and the ASUS Call Center (+632 6368504). In line with the goal of providing excellent after sales service, Asus has assigned the five new service drop-off centers for the convenience of Asus product owners.
The new ASUS Service Drop-Off Centers are as follows:
