Asus, one of the leading motherboard brands, takes time to listen to your story of your PRIDE. Last November 15, 2010 Asus Philippines, launched the Asus PRIDE Contest. PRIDE stands for Performance, Reliability, Innovation, Design and Efficiency. PC and rig enthusiasts can share their PRIDE and be rewarded with exciting prizes from Asus.

To join the contest, Asus users should share their story on how ASUS technology has helped them achieve amazing things. Participants may submit either a video or photos, and then select the category they want to enter.

The categories are Performance, Reliability, and Innovation/Creativity. Along with their video or photos, participants must write a short story explaining how their entry fits into their chosen category.

Local Philippine winners for each category will win grand prizes including an Asus ROG Motherboard Maximus III Gene, an Asus P8P67 LE, and an Asus O! Play HDPR-1 multimedia player for local Philippine winners. Global winners will win the latest ROG 3D notebook (G73) or a trip* to Asus headquarters in Taiwan.

Asus designed and launched the contest to highlight customer satisfaction in the research and development of their products. According to Jackie Hsu, Asus Corporate Vice President & GM, Global sales,

The top six winners from each qualifying country will be selected and announced on January 5, 2011. The fan favorite vote for the regional winners starts on January 5, 2011 at http://event.asus.com/mb/2010/PRIDE with the final vote closing on January 17, 2011. Voters for the fan favorite will also get the chance to win prizes from Asus.
